Skirling House has won many coverted awards since we first opened our doors in 1994. Since then much has changed, but the attention to detail has gone from strength to strength. We have been graded 5 Star by the Scottish Tourist Board since that scheme started. 

Most recently we are a finalist in the Scottish Tourist Board's Thistle Awards - the actual awards will be announced at the end of October.

Last year we won the Hotel Review Scotland Scottish Guesthouse of the Year for 2007.  Also in 2007 we achieved a Silver Award (repeated in 2008) and the individual Award for the use of Local Produce from EatScotland. These follow on from our earlier Cesar Award from the Good Hotel Guide as Scottish Guesthouse of the Year in 2004
