  Cancellations 

If you have to cancel please remember that a booking is a contract which exists between us. We will try to re-let your cancelled accommodation but your deposit will not normally be refunded because of the costs of making the booking and re-letting. Due to problems experienced with e-mail messages please note that any change or cancellation by e-mail must be confirmed to ensure that it has been received; otherwise the booking will be held to by us and the contract will still exist. We reserve the right to charge appropriately if the room is not re-let. It is a Wolsey Lodge policy which we share that, should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable to 30% of the total charges if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.
